ALOIS 12
light lager, alcohol content 4,8% vol., EPM 12% w/w, bitterness 38 jH
Our variation on the classic Czech lager. It has a balanced bitterness with medium fullness and golden colour, as it should be in Czech lager. However, the hop flavour is more pronounced and earthy thanks to the new Czech hop variety Kazbek.

top-fermented beer

CHESTNUT BEER
bottom-fermented beer
semi-dark strong beer, alcohol content 7,0% vol., EPM 18% w/w, bitterness 30 jH
Originally cooked for the Advent and Christmas season, which is associated with, among other things, roasted chestnuts. That's why we used edible chestnuts in the beer - finely roasted and finely ground. Their delicious taste gives the beer an unmistakable character. As a strong beer, it is suitable for slow sipping and enjoying.

SCHOFER
bottom-fermented beer
light non-alcoholic beer, alcohol content max. 0,5% vol.
One of the few non-alcoholic beers brewed in a microbrewery that is unfiltered and unpasteurized. It is brewed from high quality ingredients, where the base is Pilsner Humna malt and the bitterness is added by Žatecký poloraný červeňák. It is also used for cold hopping. The beer has almost no alcohol thanks to the use of unique yeast that does not ferment malt sugars. The taste of the beer is more bitter with pleasant malt notes.

ALOIS 8
light draught beer, alcohol content 3,5%vol., EPM 8% w/w, bitterness 25 jH
A unique draft beer brewed from premium ingredients. The subtle bitterness of Žatec hops is perfectly complemented by the malts used, especially oat malts, which give the beer a feeling of fullness even at lower EPM.

ALOIS 14
bottom-fermented beer
light lager, alcohol content 5,9% vol., EPM 14% w/w, bitterness 42 jH
This is a strong lager, as it should be - a "full-bodied" beer of deep golden colour, fuller flavour and strong bitterness. A beer to savour. We always brew this beer at the end of August with freshly picked (green) Žatec hops.

PORTER
bottom-fermented beer
dark strong beer, alcohol content 6,0% vol., EPM 16% w/w, bitterness 30 jH
Beer, which has a long tradition in Uhříněves. It was first brewed in 1921 by brewer Eduard Zeman, who brought the recipe from Pardubice. The original recipe has not survived, but we have tried to get closer to our idea of what the traditional Porter probably tasted like. Although it's a strong beer, it's not sweet, and there's coffee and a medium bitterness coming from both hops and roasted malt.
Availability: autumn to spring

SMOKED ALOIS
bottom-fermented beer
semi-dark smoked lager, alcohol content 5,5% vol., EPM 13% w/w.
Beer brewed with smoked malt gives us a chance to imagine how beer used to taste before, when malt was dried over direct fire. It has a slightly smoky flavour and a medium bitterness. It goes well with roast duck or pork feasts.

IPA
A top-fermented India Pale Ale, which is a stronger and more bitter form of Ale. In our case it is a semi-dark version of the so-called Red IPA inspired by modern American beers. It is characterised by a medium body, a more pronounced bitterness and a hoppy flavour and aroma that mixes pine needles with citrus.
Availability: autumn to spring

SIPA
A summer IPA with a lower level and higher bitterness. The fresh aroma and taste are dominated by citrus notes.
Availability: spring to autumn

ROSE (WEIZEN)
A variation on the classic wheat top-fermented beer, which is flavoured with hibiscus flowers. These give the beer not only its typical pink colour but also a refreshing slightly sour taste.
